What type of files do you accept?

We prefer to receive PDF print ready files. If you don’t have a PDF, email us with what you have so that we can determine if the files are usable

What is the average turnaround time?

Every project will differ in turnaround times. Once the order has been submitted and a proof has been approved, production can give you an ETA on your job. Average turnaround times are as follows: Books: 1-2 Weeks, Digital Printing: 2-3 Days, Large Format: 3-4 Days. We can possibly rush your project with the inclusion of an additional rush charge.

How can I get a quote?

All quote requests have to be submitted through email to You will get a response within 24 hours.

What resolution and color profile should my files be?

Files have to be 300dpi in resolution, and in CMYK colour.

What is a proof and do I need one?

A proof is a one off sample for review. It allows for any last minute changes, adjustments, and corrections to be made before an entire order is put in production. As there may be some colour variation between what is presented on the computer screen and the final printed product, it is recommended that you review a proof prior to submitting large orders whenever possible.

What is your reprint policy?

Shipping damages/ Damages in production: Please send pictures of the entire damaged product and a full reprint will be made. Once a proof is approved you take full responsibility for thecontent and colours. If colours need to be matched, please peak with your customer representative before approving any proofs.

What is “Bleed”?

Bleed is a printing term that is used to describe a document which has images or elements that touch the edge of the page, extending beyond the trim edge and leaving no white margin. When a document has bleed, it must be printed on a larger sheet of paper and then trimmed down.
